About Sunday Rising

Sunday Rising is an all-day brunch event with a difference. A series of free intimate gigs showcasing the finest up-and-coming musical talent the UK has to offer, alongside delicious food and drinks in the living room.

About the artist

The Isle of CC brings an ambient and compelling sound to whisk the listener away on an adventure. Influenced by Erykah Badu, Ravyn Lenae and Kelela, she combines original lyrics, electronic neo-soul goodness and distinctive harmonies. She worked with the talented Pandaux and Ollie Foreman on her debut EP called Agoraphobia. Her EP Release show was February 22nd 2017 at the Brunswick where the physical copies were released.

Since the release of her EP she has supported Leah McFall runner up on The Voice UK, for her for ‘INK’ tour. Sung at Isle Of Wight, headlined the Night Garden Festival and had a Live BBC Introducing Session with Melita Dennett. In addition to this her debut single ‘Losing’ was aired on BBC Radio 1 Huw Stephens show May 5th 2017. She will be supporting the amazing The James Taylor Quarter (JTQ) in 2019.

Alongside her on the journey is Ish Hussein aka (DJ Seanons), Libby Sharland (aka Basically My Girlfriend), Chloe Pamplin (aka Angus), Kieran Philbin (aka Posh Brows) Joshua Payne (aka BOSS) and Ollie Foreman (aka Lone Wolf). The only question is, where will The Isle of CC take you?
