Tor Njamo is an experienced meditation and mindset coach with over 6 years of experience. Tor’s particular brand of meditation is visual meditation. He believes that meditation is one of the missing pieces to create the conditions for a calmer, more harmonious and accepting way of life.

What will happen on the 28th October?
To begin, Tor will set the scene for the meditation. This will be followed by guided visual meditation. Afterward, there will be time for a Q&A.
To attend you do not need any prior experience with meditation, Tor will go over the basics at the start of the session. Before the session, you can listen to an audio recording where Tor introduces his meditative practice and approach.
You do not need to bring anything apart from your keenness to participate.
What is Visual Meditation?
There are a plethora of different ways to meditate and the one that Tor will guide you on is a visual meditation. The visual meditation is made up of a sequence of visual sceneries that will lead you into a meditative state. The visual elements are important because they are apart of cultivating communication, imagination, and creativity.
In contrast to popular belief, meditation is not about forgetting or escaping our mind, if anything it is quite the opposite. The word meditation comes from two Latin words: meditari and mederi.
Meditari means to exercise the mind and mediri means to heal.
Through exercising the mind with meditation we can heal ourselves of stress, anxiety, bad habits and frustration that we carry with us in our daily life.
