Ninety One Living Room Accessibility
At Ninety One Living Room we strive to make all of our shows enjoyable and accesible to everyone. Although our participating venues each have their own unique quirks and challenges, with your feedback we can identify issues and come up with practical solutions. Please see below answers to our access FAQs:
Wheelchair Access
Unfortunately, Ninety One Living Room does not currently have wheelchair access to the venue. Structural modifications to the venue are limited due to our premise being a listed building. However, Ninety One is currently under audit for necessary works, which we hope can provide a solution to this issue in the near future.
Viewing and audience participation
In the instance you are concerned about visibility please reach out in advance via info@91livingroom.com. We will aim to secure a good viewing spot for yourself and your carer (if applicable) but cannot guarantee we will achieve the desired position due to the popularity of certain shows and attendance levels.
Blind or vision impaired visitors
Please let us know in advance by contacting us here and we will aim to make your experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Guide and assistance dogs
Guide and hearing assistance dogs are welcome, however please let us know when you are booking. We can discuss suitable locations where your dog can stay throughout the show.
Medical Needs and Emergencies
In the case of an injury or emergency, our venue is equipped with a First Aid Kit and medical attention point. If you require any assistance or a private area at any point, please speak to a member of staff. If an ambulance is needed in attendance, please notify a member of staff immediately to ensure as rapid a response as possible. Particular requirements can be made in advance. Please contact a member of our team here.
Tickets for companions
If you need a ticket for a companion, carer or personal assistant, we are happy to provide a ticket free of charge. Please contact us here prior to booking so we can understand more about your needs and how we can best support you.
Bookings and Tickets
You can find all our events with links to event tickets on our What’s On page. If you are having difficulty booking tickets, please contact us here
Reservations/Table Bookings
While reservations are not mandatory for enjoying drinks, we highly recommend them for larger groups to ensure a seamless experience. Please note that If you wish to attend an event or party, purchasing a ticket in advance is required.
Set Times
Generally, set times are not available until the day of the event. However, you can always find the door and finish times listed on the event’s page. Rest assured, our team works hard to keep everything on time, but occasionally a show may run behind schedule. If you have any concerns regarding timings and your travel arrangements, please feel free to reach out to us at info@91livingroom.com or give us a call on 020 7770 6107
Quietness During Performances
Ninety One kindly asks that conversations be kept to a minimum during quiet performances – this is out of respect for the artists and your fellow guests.
