Optimus Funk aka Adrian Burton is a London-based DJ, digger and former street dancer who breathes funk, disco, and jazz. Having been known as one of the movers and shakers in London’s thriving dance scene over the years, it should be a divine transition for the man himself to bring the boogie from the floor and into the booth as one of the capital’s finest selectors and collectors of feel-good funk related rhythms. Often with a crew of dancer mates in tow, you’ll never find the dance floor with their backs up against the wall.

Emerging from an early retirement, DJ Ben Waist (aka Ben Summers) joins License to Groove, infusing the 91 Living Room with his soulful and expansive sets. A London club champion and active visual artist by day, Ben boasts previous slots at iconic venues like Madame JoJo’s, Bar Rumba, The Social, and Plan B. His radio journey includes appearances on Colourful Radio and, more recently, Threads radio, where he co-hosts the Lost Language Show with Optimus Funk.

Hailing from North London, Leopold is a DJ and radio host with a passion for music of all shapes and forms. Known for his long-running and lovingly curated radio show ‘The Natural Element’ on Soho Radio, he is also a regular at esteemed institutions Spiritland and Brilliant Corners and in recent years has appeared at festivals such as Kala, We Out Here & El Dorado.
