One of the most curious and respected selectors in the UK, Tina Edwards joins the dots between jazz and club culture and we’re thrilled to announce her as a guest curator here at Ninety One this Autumn!

Join us for a series of intimate live shows and very special B2B DJ sets, taking place over three months. Headline performances by Cityscape Ensemble, Caleb Kunle and Stella Talpo are paired with B2B sets from Tina Edwards and guest DJs Marlon George, Lena C and Lev.

To wrap up the residency on Saturday 16th December, Italian songstress Stella Talpo takes to the stage, complemented by the irresistible rhythms of LEV, who joins Tina Edwards in a B2B set that promises to be the perfect conclusion to the series.

Born in a small town outside Milan, and raised in Singapore, Stella Talpo has wanderlust woven into her bones. Influenced by a wide range of artists from Billie Holiday to Nirvana, she gracefully traverses genres, with her poignant lyrics addressing themes from addiction and human behaviour to politics.

Provoked by human behaviour, nostalgia, art and addiction, Italian songstress Stella Talpo brings a unique experimental touch to the UK soul & R’n’B scene. The now South-London-based vocalist uses her alluring sound coupled with musing lyricism and her evocative tone to stir the kind of emotion that leaves listeners always wanting more.

With a musical knowledge which belies her age, LEV is certainly a DJ to watch out for.

Whether she’s playing house, disco or jazz-funk, LEV will be digging deep for every set, usually surprising DJ’s who have been around for years with her selections. It’s no wonder that she’s supported some of the biggest names in house music including Louie Vega, David Morales and Mood II Swing.

A trusted DJ across many club scenes, she’s played for some of the biggest brands this year alone such as Glitterbox, Faith, Southport, We Out Here Festival and Love Supreme to name a few.
